The visits category contains operations and endpoints for creating a waitlist or booking visit, as well as retrieving and updating visit information.
A visit is a record that is created for a specific instance in which a customer has been added to a waitlist or has made a booking. A visit is associated with a unique visitId
and contains all information about a customer as well as additional details and metrics specific to that visit. A visit can be in one of four different states, WAITING, BOOKED, SERVING or COMPLETE.
