The messages category contains operations for retrieving created messages, either individually or as a list.
A message is a representation of an email or SMS. Messages are normally created automatically as pre-set alerts but can also be created on demand when using the Chat functionality of the UI. The messages endpoints only allow for retrieving message information and not for creating new messages.
