This action is only to be used when wanting to permanently remove (delete) a visit from the database. Once this action has been made, the visit will no longer be retrievable (unless a Backup Restore is performed) and will no longer be factored into analytics totals.

This action is not to be used when wanting to simply take a person off the Waitlist or cancel a booking (which can be performed via Update Visits).
